By accessing and using the Armstrong Construction website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Armstrong Construction provides home remodeling and renovation services including but not limited to kitchen renovations, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, room additions, flooring and trim, and whole-home renovations in Middle Tennessee.
Estimates and Contracts
All estimates provided are non-binding until a formal contract is signed. Pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual project requirements, material selections, and site conditions.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Armstrong Construction, you agree to the following terms:
Consent
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt in or out at any time.

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you opt in again. Carrier Liability

Warranty
Our limited lifetime craftsmanship guarantee covers defects in workmanship for as long as you own your home. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and vary by product. Warranty details will be provided in your project contract.
Limitation of Liability
Armstrong Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Armstrong Construction and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
Governing Law
